The Basics
In-house Washer + Dryer, 2-Car Garage, Walk-In Closets, Private Bathrooms with Walk-In Showers, Extra Blankets + Pillows for each room, Fenced-In Backyard, Pet Friendly!
There are additional large closets on each floor so you will have plenty of space for your belongings!
Furnishings
We’ve invested in real, quality furniture so you can have the comfort you deserve during your stay. Each room is equipped with either King or Queen size beds, nightstands, TVs with streaming and extra blankets and pillows. There’s also keypad locks on each door so that your valuables are protected.
Streaming, Amenities, and more
We offer all major stream services to include: Netflix, Hulu, Max, Discovery Plus, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and more. You will also have access to UberOne and Walmart+ which both provide free delivery and discounts.
We also have a pickleball set, puzzles and games at the house. And of course, all utilities to include WiFi are included with your rental!
Security + Safety
Living anywhere requires attention to safety, but especially in Sumter, SC where crime is known to be statistically higher. That’s why we thoroughly searched for a secure neighborhood. Thieves and criminals are dissuaded naturally given that the home is tucked away in the back of the neighborhood and with only one entry and exit point of access into the neighborhood. We’ve also added an external security system that covers the entire home for your protection.
(Please note, we will not share details of this security system unless you are staying within the home to maintain privacy & protection and to avoid hackers).
The home is also complaint with the current International Residential Code (IRC), state and local laws, and fire laws. There is a fire extinguisher located inside the home in case of an emergency.

How do you accept reservations? Do I have to sign a lease?
Please call us or use the contact page through our website. Depending on the type of reservation, a lease may or may not be required. We offer monthly, and mid and long term leases, but we also offer nightly stays with no lease requirement. We are also aware that our military tenants have special rules and work with these tenants to ensure a safe, compliant stay. You can also find us AirBNB, VRBO, and Booking.com!
What unique amenities and features do you offer?
It is our goal that you have a luxury experience while still enjoying the comforts of home. That’s why we make sure that you have access to all of the major streaming services – Netflix, Hulu, Max, Discovery Plus, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and more. We give you Walmart+ and Uber Eats. We also have a pickleball set, puzzles and games at the house. And of course, all utilities to include WiFi are included with your rental!
Do you accept military residents?
We are open to the public so we rent out to the entire community, including military. We also make ourselves familiar with the JTR and all applicable memos so your renting is effortless and compliant.
