It is a nice neighborhood, the beds were comfortable and the linens and pillows are also high quality. I usually bring my own pillow and I forgot it. It was no problem – I slept great. Also, there were many plugs on both sides of the bed for chargers, that is very helpful.

How do you accept reservations? Do I have to sign a lease?
Please call us or use the contact page through our website. Depending on the type of reservation, a lease may or may not be required. We offer monthly, and mid and long term leases, but we also offer nightly stays with no lease requirement. We are also aware that our military tenants have special rules and work with these tenants to ensure a safe, compliant stay. You can also find us AirBNB, VRBO, and Booking.com!
What unique amenities and features do you offer?
It is our goal that you have a luxury experience while still enjoying the comforts of home. That’s why we make sure that you have access to all of the major streaming services – Netflix, Hulu, Max, Discovery Plus, Amazon Prime, Apple TV and more. We give you Walmart+ and Uber Eats. We also have a pickleball set, puzzles and games at the house. And of course, all utilities to include WiFi are included with your rental!
Is there parking on site?
Yes. We have a two car garage, driveway, and street parking.
Do you accept military residents?
We rent out to the entire community, including military. We also make ourselves familiar with the JTR and all applicable memos so your renting is effortless and compliant. Thank you for your service!
Are you code compliant?
Yes! Our properties are all compliant in accordance with the current International Residential Code (IRC), state and local laws, JTR and DTS.
Is there a property manager on site?
Yes, we utilize a property manager that is nearby to respond to all issues that may arise.
