How do you accept reservations? Is there a lease?
Depending on the type of reservation, a lease may or may not be required. We offer monthly and long term leases, but we also offer nightly stays with no lease requirement. You can book directly through us or through AirBNB
For our military tenants – we understand you have specific rules to follow. We work with you to ensure a safe, compliant stay.
Are you code compliant?
Yes! Our properties are all compliant in accordance with the current International Residential Code (IRC), state and local laws, JTR and DTS.
Is there parking on site?
Yes. We have a two car garage, driveway, and street parking.
How does the billing process work?
This depends on which method you book. We accept credit cards, GTC, or checks as primary methods for payment.
Can I receive an invoice for my payment?
Yes, absolutely! Just let us know that you need one and you will receive one for each night that you stay!
